Recent researches suggest that low cost auto insurance coverage policies and low premium rated auto policies will be available to the California vehicle drivers this 2011. According to the most recent statistics, it has been studied that the average auto insurance quote for a single driver in California was $1145 in January, 2011 and this represents a drop of 12% from the same time in the year 2010. This figure also shows a whopping 32% drop from the average auto insurance rate during the month of January, 2009. This shows that the auto insurance rates in California are comparatively cheaper than those in the other parts of the country.
The most probable reason for the drop in auto insurance rates in California is the fall in the number of road accidents in this part of the state.
